Terms of Service

The general terms that guide website and business system projects with Clairzun.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

01

Project agreement

Before work begins, Clairzun and the client agree in writing on the project scope, timeline and price. The written agreement or accepted quote describes the work to be delivered and any project-specific terms.

02

Payment

The payment structure is 50% before work starts and 50% before delivery. Any project-specific payment details are confirmed in writing before work begins.

03

Client materials and review

The client is responsible for providing the content, access and feedback needed for the agreed work. The project timeline may depend on when those materials and decisions are available. Review rounds and included revisions are set out in the written scope.

04

Third-party services

A project may use third-party services such as hosting, payment providers, form providers or WhatsApp. Their fees, availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Hosting and other provider costs are separate unless the written project agreement says otherwise.

05

Changes and additional work

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or timeline. Any additional work, price or schedule is agreed in writing before it begins.

06

Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Clairzun at support@clairzun.com. These terms are a general template and project-specific agreements may contain additional details.
